HONJO FENDERS

Jitensha Studio introduces Honjo fenders. These are beautiful as well as sturdy. They are expensive but worth every penny.
Hammertone fenders are available in two widths for 700c tires.

We now have a new skinny fender that looks great on slimmer tire sizes. We also have a 4 mm fender stay and 4 mm hardware (the stay and mounting posts are normally 5 mm) for lighter weight applications such as this.
Also new: alternative sets of mounting hardware that allow solutions for many more bikes.
Unlike less expensive fenders which attach to the frame with a tab that is either folded up out of the fender material or riveted on, Honjo fenders are through-bolted directly to the frame. They will not break or rattle.
The bolt-through attachment is not only more secure, but also allows more tire clearance.
To use the stock hardware, you will need 10 mm of clearance between the right rear stay eyelet and the small freewheel cog.
