Todd Teachout recently had two Toei randonneur frames made for him. This July ('09) he rode this one in the London Edinburg London Randonnee (http://www.londonedinburghlondon.co.uk/).
"Attached is a photo of the modern (equipped) Toei in England. The number plate was for a Randonnee called London Edinburgh London. The photo was taken in the border region between Scotland and England. The 1400k event was very wet and windy.
The bike performed without mechanical problems. I received lots of compliments about the bike."
