This is a Toei designed and built up for a presigious multifaceted Japanese designer, Mr. Mitooka. This bike is 42 cm c-c with 650B wheels. The goal was a very light bike. With that in mind, it uses very thin walled tubing from Kaisei, some special parts such as a Huret Jubilee rear derailleur--the lightest ever sold commercially. The complete bike weighs just 8.4 kg (18.5 lbs.)! Hiroshi's new lightweight Nitto flat bar is also used on this bike.

Mr. Mitooka designed the bullet train in Kyushu, Japan, and not just some part of it, or a general plan, but every detail--the cars, locomotives, interiors, even the fabrics used for the upholstery, and the stations, including both the buildings and the interiors and more. The result is something so special there is a book devoted to his work on this.
