This bike was designed by Hiroshi in 1964 for a highschool classmate to use to tour the countryside of Japan. Built by Toei, it features 650B wheels, generator lighting with internal wiring. Note the brake levers. Cyclo rear derailleur. Front derailleur is a rod operated braze-on Huret.
